All you need to experience Hot & Cold is some swimwear, towels and shower gel are provided. If you forget your swimwear don’t panic, we have a range for sale as well.
Your wellbeing is our priority. All guests are required to complete a short safety waiver during the booking process. Each pod is equipped with an emergency alarm located beside the cold plunge for your peace of mind. Please listen to your body while cold immersion has many benefits, we advise not staying in the plunge for more than 3 minutes at a time. Take your time, move at your pace, and reset safely.
Booking a session is easy, you can do it here through our website, or download the Hot & cold app from the play store or app store. You can also walk in and book or give us a call.
We offer both solo and dual bookings in our two larger pods so you and a friend can experience Hot & Cold together, just select the dual booking option on our website or through our app.
For the benefit of all customers, we ask that you have a quick rinse in the shower before you begin your session, although all equipment is drained and cleaned thoroughly daily every little help, as for afterwards, that’s up to you but hopefully you’ll have got a good sweat on… so probably!
Sessions are either 20 or 40 minutes. 20 is ideal for the busy professional enabling you to get in and out and crack on with your day. If you have more time to spend then 40 minutes give you plenty of time for multiple plunges and some good sauna time. Remember a minute goes very slowly in the cold…
Studies show that infrared heat can improve circulation, ease, and support cardiovascular health, while cold immersion may reduce inflammation, boost mood, and enhance mental clarity. Absolutely. Hot & Cold is designed with beginners in mind. Each pod is completely private, so you can move at your own pace with no pressure or audience. There’s an emergency alarm beside the cold plunge for extra peace of mind, and if you’d feel more comfortable with support, you can book a dual session and bring a friend along.
You may cancel your Hot & Cold session free of charge if you give more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a £10 fee. However, we offer a two-hour grace period after booking during which you can cancel at no cost, regardless of when your session is scheduled. If you prefer, you can also reschedule your session any time up until the 24-hour cancellation window.
